Ht: 6' 6"
Wt: 230 lbs
BF: 12%
Train 5 days a week. Play baseball year round.
Workout routine is as follows:
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Chest
Friday - Arms
I will soon be starting my second cycle (for my first cycle i stacked the prohormones Megavol + Trenavol) and am looking for any advice you can give me!
Cycle Layout:
Weeks 1-8 100mg Tren (1 shot a wk)
Weeks 1-8 400mg Test E (1 shot a wk)
Weeks 5-8 50mg Oral Winny (everyday)
PCT: Starting 3 days after last shot
Week 1 100mg Clomid (everday)
Week 2-4 50mg Clomid (everyday)
I will be on a strict Keto diet throughout the cycle in attempt to drop the bf% into single digits.

2 slices Lite Cheddar Cheese
760 calories, 5g carbs, 51g protein, 56g fat
MEAL 5
KETO Pancakes
548 calories, 10g carbs, 46g protein, 33.5g fat
BEFORE BED
Casien shake
180 calories, 4.5g carbs, 36g protein, 2g fat
