    Old Mod from Mass Monsters needs cycle advice

    Okay, I have plenty of cycles under my belt back in the day, however I haven't done a cycle in probably 8 years, so I'm a bit rusty. I'm 6', 180 lbs, and I'm just looking to lean up, and put on a tiny bit of solid mass, not the usual for most cycles around here I know. Here's what I'm thinking.

    Wk 1-4: Tren enanthate - 400 mg a wk / Dbol - 25 mg day
    Wk 4-8: Tren enanthate - 400 mg a wk / Cytomel Clen Yohimbine blend pyramiding up then down (I know my dosages and protocol here, no need to list that) / Winstrol oil based 150 mg a wk

    I will be using HCG through out at 500 ius 2 x a wk, and post cycle with Nolva and arimidex for the standard time and dosage.

    Was thinking possibly adding Sust 325 wks 1 - 8, 1ml a wk as well, but not sure if that would put too much size on. I don't bloat at all really.

    Thoughts, concerns... Horrible idea, good to go? Let me know please.

    Would definetly add the sus in. Not a good idea to run tren without test

    yeah you need test full stop and if youve done plenty of cycles why do you not know this and how comes your only 180 think abit of research is needed here even in the deit section m8!

    I've done Tren cycles without test before with great results. If your only response (binsser) is a "test is god" one, keep it to yourself. Obviously I stated I don't want to get bigger binsser, hence why I'm 180 lbs. I want to stay under 200 lbs, it's my preference. Thephil, thank you for your reply, binsser, how would you have any idea what my diet is like? It's spot on for what I want, trust me.

    If you wanna lean up and "put on a tiny bit of solid mass" then why would you use tren and dbol. A tren/dbol cycle is gonna put on around 15-25 lbs. Go with 60-80mgs/day of Anavar, you'll lean up real nice and only put on about 5lbs with one tenth the sides of tren. Plus you don't need arimidex or nolva, just run clomid afterwards.

    The advice to include test with your cycle is a solid one. tren/dbol only will shut you down, and you will be without testosterone in your system. Not sure what your diet is like, or what "back in the day" means? Since you are only 31, in my mind "back in the day" couldn't have been that long ago.
    Now, saying your diet is spot on is something i hear frequently, and just as frequently, I find that it is not. Obviously I don't know YOUR diet, but looking at it from my perspective, most that come here reallly dont' have a full understanding of the type of diet they need. For example, what is your TDEE? How many cals/day above that are you planning on consuming? Typically at this point, I would steer you to the nutrition section and have you post your diet, with your macros per meal, and total macros per day, including your TDEE. You are more than welcome to do that if you like.
    We are here to promote a healthy lifestyle and the intelligent use of AAS. Taking a cycle without testosterone, knowing what we do now, is not something anyone here will advise you to do. So if you post a cycle without testosterone, of course pretty much everyone will be pointing this out to you, that it is a deficient cycle and will potentially do some damage.
    Other than that, glad you decided to join the board and hope to see you bumping around here in the future!

    youre a Mod from "mass monsters"? and you're only a buck 80 at 6ft?? must be really quiet website. lol

    but yeah bro like everyone else said, run test as a base or you may have trouble restarting your htpa. tren shuts you down hard. and i'd swap out the dex for clomid. also i agree that a better choice would be var for your goals.

    maybe try this for a short sweet cycle..easy in easy out.

    wk 1-7 tren e
    wk 1-8 test prop
    wk 4-8 var 60mg/day

    *note: run your tren and prop depending on your own experience.

    pct
    clomid 100/75/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20

    Somethin smells fishy here..

    he's 31 and hasn't run a cycle in 8 yrs, so he must have started no later than 21.. and he wants to run Tren/dbol only

    He attacks another member for recommending adding test.

    His diet is absolutely perfect yet he needs to "lean up"

    He's 6' 180 n feels the need to do a cycle to just lean up, not put on any mass, which would lead you to believe he needs to lose a bit of weight. After "leaning up", what are we lookin at 160's? at 6' tall... he'll look like he's never visited a gym..

    We need The Bear.. Seems to me OP isn't telling the truth

    I don't know Jasc. Bear may be out of a job if you keep using keen sense of deduction. You put that together like a jigsaw puzzle. Notice he has vanished.
