what are ur stats??
and why are u running anavar only cycle at such a low dose??
anavar shouldnt hurt your cardio, especially at 20mg's
but if what ever you are taking is hurting your cardio then it would make sense that stopping would help
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
I was looking to increase anaerobic power and strength without hurting my explosiveness or endurance. unfortunately, It hurt my endurance. 6'2" 176. I do weights but I was not looking to bulk up for body building. I just wanted to increase strength and help out my short distance running and swimming.
and its hurting your cardio capacity?

It hurt my running. I felt really explosive the first half of my race, then I tightened up the last half. Do you think it's the anavar? i have had a hard time breathing the second week of my cycle, and long distances have been hell. the first week i didn't have those problems!!
well if u find that anavar has hurt ur cardio and u have not changed anything else or started using anything else i would stop the anavar.. even though it is uncommon at a dose that low i would stop and see if ur cardio returns to what it was before
I trust my source. I confirmed it with a few mods on here, but then again var is common to fake.
duh var gives muscle pumps so would not be good for running. That is why you are cramping up. Get a bottle of Taurine and take a few caps spread throughout the day and drink plenty of water. Tbol would have been a better choice.
