yesterday i did
3 sets of pullups (can only get about 4-7 reps in)
3 sets standing dumbell curls (8-12 reps)
2 sets standing barbell curls (8-12 reps)
3 sets seated cable rows (10-15 reps)
2 sets of deadlifts (6-10 reps)
i dont feel that i am overtraining. i usally feel just right the next day. bit of tightness just a tad sore it actually feels good.
taking all critique. i would love to still go atleast 5 days a week tho
