Im fully aware that diet is the key.

But lets say im traning 6x a week hard. my diet is locked down 100%.

THen which steriod would be best to assist me in bf% dropping?

I thought var was one of the best for it?

Also so. Lets put the var aside. Would test e at 500mg per week for 10 weeks or the prop at 350mg a week for 8.

Would what cater best for my needs?

Test took me 5 weeks to kick in last time. I like the thought of prop coming in straight away.

Aonce i get one of these 2 sorted out then ill pick something to best stack with it
