    Best pre bedtime meal

    Is a half cup of cottage cheese and a casein or whey protein shake and almonds enough before bed?

    casein is perfect bro!! and yeah thats plenty! aslong as your hitting your macros, it doesnt matter if u dont eat 3 hours before bed

    Enough for what? For me, or for you? Point being we all have different requirements - you should have your macros figured out for the day, and this meal figured into those macros. having said that, in general, the meal looks solid (i'd stick with the casein however).
