Bro you need to give us some info about yourself, i.e. age, weight, training exp., and what type of goals you have. That way we can better help you with a cycle that we think would be best for you.
i second that...also what are you basing these decisions on? hopefully good research so you know what you're putting into yourself

Try upping your carb intake to 400-500 complex carbs a day for 2 months and you strength and weight will go up considerable and then hit up some AS.Originally Posted by #4 Rules
