Your free testosterone is acceptable which is why your doctor is not going to do anything at your young age.

However, let him know the medical standard for diagnosing testosterone deficiencies is to get a second (early am) test and go from there.

So what should I do if I am having the symptoms but can not receive the help for it? Is it something else causing my symptoms?

Also noting what GD said, however, the typical GP is not going to do anything and I think this is fine. I would suspect even if additional testing were done (short of some major pathology) there is really very little that would be done without bringing in a specialist - which is always a route to pursue.

You have alot going on so the issue is rather complicated.

Diet and exercise (along with proper weight) can help alot with increasing test levels, so I wouldn't discount that approach.

I still would recommend you get one more early morning, fasting test level done, and if possible, an expanded male hormone panel.

IMO for a man his age his Free is still low (albeit in range) and in conjunction with low total points to a potential problem.

My doc would do much further testing on him I can say that with certainty ecd.
