I do all that you posted besides maybe the cardio everyday. I eat 5 times a day. My bench sky rocketed at first. I've powerlifted for my school since I was a freshman (junior now). I follow westsides workouts. I'm doing everything I can naturally. But everyone has caught up to me I use to be the best bencher but now I'm slowly dropping because all the other guys are juicing. Just let me know the safest way please!
