Proper dose for self medicating AI

My doctor won't prescribe an AI even though I have symptoms of increased estrogen (sensitive nips and puffiness). I'm looking for a new doctor, but in the meantime I've ordered liquidex. There are no instructions, so how do I take it and at what dose? My plan is to take it for 2-3 and then get private BW to adjust as needed.

Also, is there a non black-market way to get HCG?

what does it say on the AI bottle, how many mg/ml? and yes you can buy hCG online from overseas, or you can get it from diet clinics but its very expensive! why don't you do an e2 test yourself, simply get a lab order from an online lab like Private MD Lab, and see where you're at then post it here so we can make recommendation for the dose.

If your doctor will not prescribe, and you are staunchly opposed to the black/gray market, you could
go to an HCG Diet Clinic. They will prescribe hcg but generally not in perpetuity (and it's often over
priced).

If you are on TRT for the long haul, you've definitely made a wise choice in searching
for a more forward thinking doctor.

Go to all day chemist dot com and search on Arimidex 1mg generic.

There are others...

You need a new Doc ASAP.

Get bloodwork and start out low like .5mg for every 100mg of Test weekly.

Bottle is 1mg/1ml.

Problem with HCG is I don't know anyone, so I wasn't sure if there was a legit place like Ar-R.

They don't feel any different. I think they may have gotten a little bit smaller, but I may just be getting paranoid. They feel tighter.

Get bw first to see what your baseline is. Then dose accordingly.

The standard dose for an AI in the medical literature is around 1mg per day. Of course, that will probably destroy your estradiol, which is bad. When I had real gyno popping up I took 1mg per day for a week and then I would recommend you drop it to like half a mg per week. I aromatize a LOT more than average, and anastrozole brought me from gyno to nil estradiol in weeks. It's very potent.

Of course, for you you need to get a new doc ASAP.

Well I went to my third doctor and, like the second, he said I shouldn't have started TRT at my age with levels in the 300-400 range. Looks like I'll just stick with my original doctor and take everything else into my own hands.
