^^ I forgot about that one!! I guess i'll have to go look it up to remember how I made it, lol!
When not IF'ing, my current pre-bed meal is usually:
1/2 cup 1% milkfat, no salt added cottage cheese - large curd
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Myofusion tastes great in this meal)
1 packet splenda
'splash' of skim milk or fat free half and half
1tbsp natty pb (I prefer Smucker's Natural, Chunky) - swirled in but not mixed thoroughly.
