If this is your first cycle it should be test only. Maybe 250mg every 3.5 days or less. You'll see great gains if your training/diet is on target. HCG 250 IU x 2 per week along with an AI at probably .25 eod to start and then adjust via bloodwork. We assume you have recent BW so you have baselines right? PCT should be nolva/clomid. Hit the PCT forum.
