Im 5'10 208lbs with 8-10% body fat.
I just got off a 10 week winny eq cycle that did pretty well for me. 19 lbs and have lost almost nothing.

For my next cycle I want to do:

weeks 1-5 Fina 76mgsEOD
weeks 3-7 winny 50mgs eod & 30mgs Anavar

Looking to gain a solid 10 lbs but want to stay very lean. What do u guys think?

Do u lose a lot of what u gain from Fina?

Never used Anavar. But I did just finish a fina-only cycle (would not do it w/out test again). I am about 5 1/2 weeks out and I have lost only 3 pounds. I should have taken measurements and weighed myself the day I started to document the gains, but . . . I gained in the neighborhood of 15+ pounds while losing a couple % of bf. So I think you would be very happy with Fina.

What dosages and for how long did u take fina for? Any sides?

I got some homebrew from a friend, and he said it was @100mg/ml. I shot it eod. I started out planning on an 8 week cycle of just the fina, but when I realized that I miscalculated the amount of Clomid I needed (I was short a week), I had to extend the cycle to 10 weeks while I waited to get some more. I should have been more careful. Anyway, I must repeat that I would never do this again without some test. The cycle was too long and too harsh. I have another thread where I talk about this, but the recovery is very slow for me right now. I am going to have to do another round of clomid, because I was shut down pretty hard.

As for sides during the cycle, there were some for me. But nothing terrible. I got a bit of a mild cold that lingered for two months. There were night sweats. Of course, my sex drive went waaay down, because I was not producing any test or taking any in the cycle. I did not experience "fina dick" though, as some here have. I just wasn't very interested. Motivation got tougher in the second half of the cycle - again I attribute this to a lack of test. What else . . . ? Oh yeah, I put 50+ pounds on my bench and got a lot bigger!

I think if you include test, you should only have minimal sides. Of course, if you are predisposed to losing your hair, the level of androgen will probably speed that up quite a bit. Trenbolone Acetate is a very powerful androgen. There are a million threads on fina around here. If you use the search button, you'll find a lot of good information.
