Anyone got permanent damage from steroid usage

I am on TRT, brought about, in my opinion, by cycling way too young.

My training partners both suffered damage of a different sort: One tore a pec and a bicep...it could be argued that
it wasn't a direct result of steroid usage but it was almost certainly a contributing factor...the other has a nasty scar
down the back of his leg from injecting junk and getting an awful abscess. Both were pre-20 at the time of incident.
