Felt like it. I wake up far less when I take the Melatonin n GABA but it also makes it much harder to get outta bed in the AM.

try give it some cortisone, that usually a good way to get back at mine, makes me feel better and hurts my evil shoulder in long run so win win for me

dont know about oral? I aint an expert on them but always assumed they were effective since they injected into the area and brought down the inflammation and in turn dulls the pain even though it can get worse at the start but after a day or so of icing your g2g, someting to do with it not dispersing, not exactly sure but if you can get some lidocaine mixed in then your onto a winner and no pain at all

but most docs (my own included) really dont want to give more then 3 because it can apperantly weakon tendons with excessive use, I have already had 5 (shhhh dont tell my local doc lol) so looks like I'm fvcked in later years since it isnt getting any better.........

yup, even though some docs will do it. it all depends on the persons adrenal glands and one can def mess that up taking in too much cortisone.

do you know whats actually wrong with the shoulder or just that it hurts? as you prob already know its only effective for certain injurys

That's why I need to get in there to the doc cause I don't know for sure. Hurts like hell and logic tells me it's the cuff just due to the way I move it and can make it hurt.

Ya big time. Even dumbell curls for some reason. But definitely flat bench even flys.

same boat as me, I cant flat bench so decline for me, no heavy db overhead press either, barbell isnt too bad but its tempting faith, so front raises or strangly enough arnold press is good for me which i cant understand since it isolate anterior delt more then regular overhead press and its in my anterior delt that has the problem
