Yes I understand. And I did check the website, they are in mg tablets. So, am I looking at the right things? As far as clen/t3/tuarine/potassium? Then it's just the doses and I'm set. I found a 42 day cycle example on here.

It is actually a website from overseas. They sell British dragon, Asia, etc. but the ar-r is significantly cheaper. Hopefully that's not sacrificing quality.
