    NYC stack : Yerba Mate 10mg + Green Tea Extract 100mg + Vel vet Bean Ext 50mg + Nore 20mg (Herbal Alkaloids) + Caffeine 150mg + Synephrine HCL 10mg + Yohimbine HCL 1mg.

    not sure about cycle length.
