Hello,
This is happening to me a lot lately as before bed I have a casein shake with a tps of PB but my mind sometimes takes over my body and I start having a destructive binge eating episode of PB. I know I should stay more discipline but its tough at the end of the night and while carb cycling. I love PB so much that I think It would be better if it was not in my food storage.
My question is, anybody know any good alternative to have with your shake before bed?
Any input would be great.
