Good info here, I'm newbie as for OCT and PCT. When you use HCG 2x500ui and AI (armidex). do you take it 3 days ofter first injection? or do you wait a certain amount of time till the test is in your system? For Test E, do you wait longer as its a long ester compare to test suspension which is short ester

Start everything the same day...test, hcg, and adex. 500iu of hcg a week during your cycle should be fine. Pin 250iu twice a week the same day you pin your test, makes no difference, just easier that way.
