    Whats up bros im 8 weeks in my cycle need some help

    Im 31 5'7 178 pounds 13.5% bf I have 3 cycles under my belt. I have been pinning 250mg of test cyp twice a week for 8 weeks I have enuff test to run it 12 weeks which is what im going to do and yes i have an ai and clomid and nolva for the pct. My question is i have some test prop 100mg i wanna ad in for the last 4 weeks 100mg eod what do you guys think about this just to get me over the top then its 12 weeks off for me do you think this would be ok thanks for all the help

    3 cycles only 178 hit the diet section bro.Post your diet with macros.

    Something doesnt seem right about your diet, but anyway... I would do it the last 2 weeks. Cyp is going to be in your system for 2 weeks so thats a good time to introduce prop after your last cyp pin. Then start PCT 3 days later.

    2 cycles were 3 years ago last cycle was 6 months ago just test e 500mg aweek for 12 weeks

    What i was getting at is i wanna take the test up from 500mg and i have test prop laying around so i wanted to throw the test prop in for the last 4 weeks with the test cyp then start pct 18 after last injection

    no. Too much test. It sounds like you're trying to let the test do all the work by introducing a generous amount. I would not do this. Check the diet section, let those pros critique your intake. Test C @500 and 2 weeks of prop will yield great results, but only if you know how to eat.

    ive rand 2 cycles of test at 500mg both with good gains I just wanted to throw alittle more in to see how i react

    awesome thanks for the advice in eating about 2750 calories 50% protein 30% carbs and 20%fat trying to add lean muscle and drop fat

    do you think the extra test would hurt me by uping it 300mg a week

    This doesn't sound like nearly enough calories. Why 2,750?

    im trying to get my body fat down and add lean muscle trying to get in a lower weight class for jiu jitsu i am taking 500 mg of test cyp aweek i have some prop laying around just wanted to up the test 250 or 300.
