Hi all i just found a package on a website of 250mg test e at 8weeks 2ml per week
200mg deca 8wks 2-4mg per week
25mg proviron weeks 3,5,7 1tab
10mg nolva weeks 4,6,8 1tab
50mg clomid 1tab weeks 11,12

Total of
3500mg test e
2000mg deca
21 (20) tabs proviron
14 (30) tabs clomid
21 (20) tabs nolva

could i get some thoughts on this coz i think its a little on the low side. i was going to a test e cycle taking test e at 500mg per week basicaly a typical test e cycle. so opinions please on this cycle i listed above. thanks

ok bro my .02 test e is good to start at 500mg/week. then the deca, i mean i was under the impression it's more effective after 8 weeks, so why only run it for 8 weeks? the proviron is good. I would take it every week, and im currently dosing it at 50 mg/day kinda help with estro/ SHBG. i dont really understand why nolva is taken weeks 4,6, and 8? IF you wanna run an AI in your cycle why not just get arimidex/ liquidex and start at like .25mg eod then go up from there? you could save the nolva for your pct, and use the clomid and nolva for your post cycle. Deca will shut you down like a mother ****er so you're going to want to have at least a 4 week pct of Clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. And again personal opinion, but i feel you should always use HCG especially with deca, like i said its a dangerous game...

Overall mate, i wouldn't start without more clomid, nolva, hcg, and a decent AI... Just my .02

I've read hcg with decca is a big no no as 19nor produce type 2 estrogen and hcg antagonises this not helps it.
Don't shoot me down in flames here but I'm sure there is a huge sticky somewhere mentioning this.

But 10/12 weeks test e @ 500mg is good
Along with 500mg decca standard cycle right there.
Make sure pct is all in place before starting cycle

Same as i thouhght my cycle will be test e 12weeks 500mg split on monday and thursday, pct 14 days from last jab clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 looking at taking liquidex aswell and not sure yet but possibly hcg during cycle. Any thoughts.

I am of the opinion hcg should be used the day after your last jab for the 14 days your waiting to start pct to really get your body kick started for pct.

Doesn't make sense to me to try kick starting whilst your still actively suppressing

I was told that hcg should b taking during your cycle not after i cant quite remember why i think it was sumit about keeping you own test active rather than supressing it or something like that i will try to find the thread later on.

Why try kickstart when you are actively suppressing your natural body's workings?
Start hcg the day after your last shot for the following 14 days up till you start pct

Most feel its more productive to use through the cycle. As far as why try try to kickstart while you are suppressing..well that's just it since you are stimulating the testes directly it can be achieved regardless of endogenous test production. On long cycles or very suppressive cycles its very hard to achieve full recovery after long periods of suppression.

Analogy, if you only had 10 hrs of rain to grow your grapes and needed 20 would you spread out the 10 hrs of rain an hour every 2 weeks or let the grapes shrivel to raisens for the entire season then bombard them hoping they would recover?
