1st cycle - simple, effective, & researched!

I personally would stick to 400-500mg of test EW, 250mg will likely net you some gains, but you'd feel much better and enjoy your cycle much more on 400-500mg. Then in your next cycle (if you'd like to do another down the line) you could keep your test around 400-500mg, and just add in dbol during that run (or something similar). Just my .02 though. First cycle always tends to have the biggest gains, so i'd blast 400-500mg and eat and train like an animal and prepare to feel like a god. Nothing like the euphoric feeling brought on by high test levels.

Ya, I am getting enough to do 400/wk for 12 weeks, so I may just do 400 even though he doesn't recommend it for a 1st timer. But everything I have read on this forum recommends 400-500 so it is a little confusing.

That's kind of the thing, everyone has their own opinions on the matter. Your PCT looks solid, and it sounds like you know what you will be doing. I think 400-500mg a week will give you fantastic results (assuming your diet and training are spot on). 250mg you would gain off of as well, but not nearly as well as you would from 400-500mg. Then if you enjoy cycling and wait a few months you could run another cycle of 400-500mg test and this time incorporate that dbol kickstarter, or something along those lines.

I'm curious. On a good day your 5-8? What are you on a bad day. No just kidding. Looks good. I would drop the dbol and add hcg. I also like clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20. But that's personal preference.

Alright folks, I am going to start my cycle next week...WOOT

Here are the changes I have done based on many veterans opinions and research:

Week 1-12: Test Cyp, 250/wk (I really wanted to do 500, but I am hearing that for a first timer, 250 is plenty)
Week 1-12: Arimidex .25mg EOD

PCT - starts 18 days after last injection
Clomid : 100/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20

If there are any objections, please speak you mind.

I am also going to start a log for all the first timers out there and any others that are interested.

if you've planned for 400 stick with 400/wk. you'll see some nice gains. and trust me, if you don't, you'll end up in here asking if you can up the dose.

and yes, start a log on here. if foe no other reason it will assist to keep you on track.

Sounds great man, good luck! Definitely take lots of progress photos, it can be hard to realize how much your own body is slowly transforming without looking back on pictures. I think you'll be very satisfied at the end, and it's great to see you have a solid PCT lined up. Too many people don't do their research and wonder why they get bitch tits and lose all their gains post cycle

I had a nolvadex only pct. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, anytime. Not smart
