That's kind of the thing, everyone has their own opinions on the matter. Your PCT looks solid, and it sounds like you know what you will be doing. I think 400-500mg a week will give you fantastic results (assuming your diet and training are spot on). 250mg you would gain off of as well, but not nearly as well as you would from 400-500mg. Then if you enjoy cycling and wait a few months you could run another cycle of 400-500mg test and this time incorporate that dbol kickstarter, or something along those lines.

if you've planned for 400 stick with 400/wk. you'll see some nice gains. and trust me, if you don't, you'll end up in here asking if you can up the dose.
and yes, start a log on here. if foe no other reason it will assist to keep you on track.
Sounds great man, good luck! Definitely take lots of progress photos, it can be hard to realize how much your own body is slowly transforming without looking back on pictures. I think you'll be very satisfied at the end, and it's great to see you have a solid PCT lined up. Too many people don't do their research and wonder why they get bitch tits and lose all their gains post cycle
for pct would just nolva be fine?
