if i take 30mg i would usually take one with the morning shake, then take one with the lunch-time meal, which is also kinda pre-workout meal, and then take one with my pre-sleep shake, so i basically take 10mg every 6 hours of the time im awake.
as for the cycle lenght - do 1 month and then see what happens... if u see any sides - quit. if it is ok and you want to - you can do more...
when i was young and stupid i did like 40mg for 3 months... waste of money, since i stoped progressing after the 5th week, but otherwise - it didnt do me any harm...
