Vials last forever. the contents however, check the expiration date. Usually a coupe years after that, unless it's structure is changing. I would refiilter if recently expired.

Depends on the compound and the oil used. But most should be good for at least 5 years from when they are made. And so long as the oil doesn't go rancid (as is mostly just an issue with GSO), all you're looking at is a slow decline in potency.
