let me start by saying i have read alot in the Newbie reference thread and it's been great, but still leaves me confused on a few things.
let me start with this, i am 28yo 5'10" 175lb...i've been an on/off type of workout guy and recently have decided to take things to the next level. mostly, i usually exercise to lean out and get toned when i put on a few extra pounds. mostly cardio, w/ less weight/more reps type of workouts. i have recently joined a local gym where i have more weights and options available to me, and i have more time now to spend at the gym. so i want to start increasing weight & bulking up since i never really tried to do so in the past. exercising for me has always been to lose the gut, lol. plus, i am a smaller guy and would like to add some significant size/mass.
i was going to start Letro 2 weeks before going on cycle, as suggested on this site. so, if i'm using Letro & TEST on my first cycle, do i need to take any other precautions to prevent Gyno and/or sex drive supression?? from what i understand, that should be all i need, but i'm not 100% certain. it seems if i use Letro consistantly, i should not need any other type of SERM or AI. if i experience signs of gyno, i can just increase Letro amounts administered to reverse them??
i was planning on running my first cycle just with TEST, but have read on here that Dbol at the begginning of the cycle helps jump start mass gain....what would u guy suggest i do??
