you end the day with a bowl of pasta OR chicken? one of your meals is complex and simple carbs, where's the protein ma!? Adding all of that up real quick, it only seems as though you're taking in less then 150g protein/day. What are your stats and what exactly are you trying to do? Instead of worrying about cheat meals lets get your diet in check first. Once you have that I bet you will be less eager to cheat because you'll be seeing that much of a difference with your body composition.
