Well, woo. I didn't cheat. And it's been ONE-ass clean day. One of the MANY to come...(you'll owe me 100 American Mass Junkie, which will make me a Canadian Millionaire!)

I managed to find what curbs my appetite when I have the binge to cheat. I found a compilation of foods and drinks that I enjoy that have either NO carbs or no calories...

Food wise, I bought some BBQ Chicken Wings that have no carbs, and per 3 wings it's 15g Protein and 15g Fat with 0g Carbs. Woo....and also those Cheese Mozarella sticks? Those things have 6g Protein and 4g Fat with 0g Carb.

I also loaded up on Diet pop. No calories. I don't plan on just drinking down all this stuff, but drinking one of these whenever I have a craving has helped me...atleast today! It totally killed my craving for the Taco Bell..

Anyways, I was gonna do legs tomorrow, but my knees are both swollen from an accident I had LAST Friday at work, so I think I may pass and just do Abs, Calves, Forearms and Traps.
