This is funny. I try to refrain from release before workouts. I never heard of it lowering your test, but it makes sensea bit. I showered after work the other day and was pumped about the gym. The wife was in the mood, so I thought Id throw her a bone. After the 3 minute session(maybe I thought alittle higher of myself), I didnt feel like going to workout and didnt. Since, I just wait til I get back and its even better!
