A buddy of mine told me about a company that sells big things of egg whites. Its called egg white international. Does anybody use them or would it be cheaper to get them from the store?

Good stuff. It's cheaper than buying liquid whites from Walmart. The shipping is a bitch, but it's fast as hell.

I'll have to stick with my 5 doz pack for 8 bucks from wal mart. These would save me some time on my breakfast prep in the mornings but cost out weighs the reward on this one.

Just drink them straight from the carton. Done in 20 seconds.

Salmonella comes from the shell. It is when there is still bird feces on the shell and when you crack the egg it comes in touch with your fingers or touches the egg. The egg whites in the carton have been radiated enough to kill the bacteria. I have been drinking raw egg whites for 3 years and never once got sick.

wtf ? only half the protien is bio available so on average an egg has 5-7 grams of protien so your only getting half .guess I gotta bump up the numer of egg whites I eat in the morning thanks

that is "raw", you get more if they are cooked or semi cooked.

Just something to think about. Walmart sells egg whites in a 32oz carton for $3.98. There is 144oz in a gallon so 32oz X 4.5 Cartons =144. Walmart egg whites 3.98 X 4.5 = $17.91
This is the cheapest form of egg whites. All the online places charge $32 for a gallon and then u gotta pay shipping.

I might be a little late but this company is the shyt, ive ordered from them for almost a year now but i order from bodybuilding,com and i get free shipping otherwise you have to pay for shipping.

What would be the benefit in ordering from them? I just dont get it. You can get the exact same amount of egg whites from walmart for $14 cheaper a gallon and there is never any shipping charge. I dont understand why anyone would order eggwhites online when you can save so much money by getting something right near your house. Am i missing something here?
