My orders usually take 3 weeks. I order 3x a year for about 4 years now. Great customer service. One occasion I had what appeared to be product leak out, one email to Lion and he shipped another no questions asked.
In those years I have had one Customs seizure. They sent me a letter stating they seized my shipment. No other concequences. I informed Lion, he asked me to send him a copy of the letter, and he replaced it all. I don't recall if there was a small replacement fee, but if so it was so little that I obviously can't remember it being much
