I think you should stop and run a PCT. Wait proper time after PCT and get blood work. You're 23 years old and have ran too much AAS. That's the best advice i can give.

It sounds like your gear may be a little on the crappy side. It's very possible to use gear fro a UGL and it work great and then one day the stuff just turns to garbage. It shouldn't matter how many cycles you've done, if the gear is good you should be noticing improvements. It also sounds like your test levels may be low...when mine get low my energy is zapped and I have a very hard time eating. Obviously your test levels shouldn't be low based on what you're doing, but this would tend to support that the gear is not all it could be. Anyway, just a thought.
