This is about the POWER to make a decision and not be bossed around by your wife and MIL....MILs do suck, that's for sure but this isn't a big issue......snipped or not doesn't matter at all outside of the LOOKS thing in which case I would snip that foreskin and go brag to your buddies how big the little guys weiner is at such a young age and forget this nonsense.
