Diet try to go 3-5 meals a day nothing to heavy

Thats not what I normally eat I usually try to include more meat in my diet and also I though beans had high protein?
And even when I had included a lot more protein even with protein shakes I had minimal results would fluctuate 5-7 lbs that was it

I know it won't hurt I just don't like the way they taste. And that seems like a lot I've read up that for my weight I should be eating about 3000 calories to have muscle growth and of course not fatty foods and when doing that it seems hard to just eat that alone

Listen to the other posters, they know their shit. Get your diet right and get a good workout routine and you'll be amazed with the gains you can make naturally. Come back in two years minimum and ask for advice regarding AAS then.

Don't do it at this age I'm turning 25 and now considering juice, at your age I wasn't even thinking about that I was just dieting, exercising, doing track, etc. and I would go up and down weight as I pleased. That'll be once you learn how it works with clean eating, building a better and faster metabolism, eat every 3-4 hours, wake up early have a big and clean breakfast and the rest of the day is easy, just set a timer on your phone for 3-4 hour meals. I know it's not what you want to hear but the people with juice experience know what they are saying. You run a greater risk running it at your age.

You're too young, you aren't eating properly, likely aren't training properly either, and are not ready for anabolic steroids at all.
