i spin for an hour each time, 3 - 4 - 5 times a week. I worked my a$$ off,,,,literally, it is gone....and thus I am focusing on a booty plan to add bulk to my backside. It's not flat, just small and I like to have it bigger. I can't add hips, so got to add to the booty. I thought, inaccurately until this week thanks to SpyWizard" that my thighs would get bigger if I lifted on those machines real BBs use....I was wrong..since I am not taking test, I should be G2G.![]()
What cardio to you do 6 days a week? treadmill? elliptical?? stair master??
Ok so in the morning I will do stair master or treadmill, then at night I take my cruiser out and ride 6 miles along the beach, its a really good workout if I push myself. I do it in a tshirt and jeans haha
