Current goals: stay at 170pounds 10% lean or lower.
so u wanna cut to 10% or less from where ur at now? and hopefully weigh no less than 170lbs?
current diet: 1)Wake up: 1 scoop of whey with oats
2)one hour later I'll have 2 eggs with 8 egg whites and oats.
Gym
3)pwo 2 scoop of whey, oats and a bananae
id re-think fruit while cutting IMO
4)1 and a half chicken breast with brown rice and broc
5)same as above
6)same as above
7)2 eggs with 8 egg whites with a shot of olive oil.
8) shake of casein with fish oil pills.
diet looks ok but hard to say for sure with out total cals and macros. where r they? if u dont count em.. START!
Full Body workout HLM is my lifting program.
dont know what this is. how many total body workouts u do per week? heavy days and lighter days?
And no AAS. I will after I bulk up in January to 180 pounds.
