    Carb deplete

    Hello,

    I'll be going in a trip in the south.


    I was wondering if anybody has experience with carb depletion?

    I was thinking of going carb deplete for a week before the trip and carb up at the trip.

    (this is in 4 month, I'm training naturally till then and following a training program for 4 month)

    id post ur complete stats age weight height bf% as well as ur current goals and current diet and weight lifting program

    Looking good 405: is this part of your carb cycling?

    Current goals: stay at 170pounds 10% lean or lower.

    current diet: 1)Wake up: 1 scoop of whey with oats

    2)one hour later I'll have 2 eggs with 8 egg whites and oats.

    Gym

    3)pwo 2 scoop of whey, oats and a bananae

    4)1 and a half chicken breast with brown rice and broc

    5)same as above

    6)same as above

    7)2 eggs with 8 egg whites with a shot of olive oil.

    8) shake of casein with fish oil pills.


    Full Body workout HLM is my lifting program.

    And no AAS. I will after I bulk up in January to 180 pounds.

    diet looks ok but hard to say for sure with out total cals and macros. where r they? if u dont count em.. START!

    bf% id say 13-14% ish but hard to tell by that pic!

    I'm a big proponent of carb cycling (involving a recurring depletion phase lasting several consecutive days) and wouldn't cut without implementing it to be honest.

    BF - it really is hard to tell with that pic. Any frontal? Based on that alone, i'd say 405 is pretty spot on.
