What's up dudes,
I'm offiicially now on day 22 and my weight is sitting at 203 right now. I'm back up 3lbs but the Entanthate is slowly kicking in well.
I complained before about not being able to FULLY feel my workout and having an unorthodox method of attacking my body parts (doing 16 sets of ONE exercise varying the rep range).
I shot up 500mg Enanthate and 250mg Sustanon about 2 hours before my workout and I took a power nap. By the time I woke up, I was puking allover the place. Nothing was coming out but water and mucus the first two times and the last two times I spat up blood. I had some serious heart burn too...which I still have. Ouch.
Regardless, I sucked it up and hit the gym. I decided that I was going to stick to the BASICS today and just rock DEADLIFTS and FLAT BENCH PRESS. But I started out with doing 4 ab exercises for 4 sets of 12 reps each.
EACH exercise was 5 sets of reps going from 12,10,8,6,4...
Deadlifts (overhand grip)
Flat Bench Press
Deadlifts (underhand grip)
Flat Bench Press
Dumbell Deadlifts
Flat Dumbell Press
Lemme tell you, I was fuckin' dying. With puking like crazy about 30 minutes before my workout and having heart burn last up to NOW (and still going).
I started off with the deadlifts @ 225lbs and cleand out 12 very easy with good form. I then went up to 275lbs for 10 reps, 295lbs for 8 reps, 315lbs for 6 reps and then finishing off with 335lbs for 4 reps.
I moved on to Bench Press and was EXTREMELY WEAK after the deads, but that's not an excuse, I'm poor in the bench department anyways. I started off with 135lbs for 12 reps, then went to 155lbs for 10, 165lbs for 8, 175lbs for 6 and then 185lbs for 4.
I moved back to under-hand grip deadlifts and I stayed with 225lbs for 12,10,8,6,4. I found myself terribly out of breathe and just pumped to the point I had to lie down after each set.
I moved back to the Bench Press and did the exact same amount of weight as the previous set.
I then went to Dumbell deadlifts and started off with 60lbs for 12 reps, then 70lbs for 10, 80lbs for 8, 100lbs for 6, and then 120lbs for 4. I should've gone heavier 'cause I know I could've. But now I know for next time.
I then moved onto flat dumbell press and man I felt like a weak-ass. I started off with 60lbs for 12 reps, then 70lbs for 10, then back to 65lbs for 8, 60lbs for 6 and then kept it at 60lbs for 4. My arms kept giving out. I decided rather than go heavy and cheat on the number of reps I had set out, it would be better to choose a weight I can handle for the desired reps....but I felt WEAK. No biggie though, the mirror says it's paying off.
I'm starting to get a solid vein in my biceps that I wanted for a long time. My forearms are also showing a lot of viens and I really felt this workout....I good feeling. My back pump was insane and suprisingly, so was my chest regardless of the weight I used.
I still have some severe heart burn, and I KNOW tomorrow my back is gonna be sore...but I'm looking forward too it.
I really HATE feeling so weak, but what can you do. It's the price you pay while dieting....
