    yea.. i was thinking the same thing..


    i'm 5'10 and weigh around 150ish
    i was lifting for 3 years then stoipped when i was 17, so bascailly 3 year of lifting followed by 3 years of not lifting. and now i have been lifting for almost a year now.
    i have a good understanding of how my body responds to food and i know how to put on respectable weight with alittle cell tech and semi dirty bulking.

    What's your diet like, man? What supplements do you take? Let's get you on the right track.

    well just recently i've started bulking and taking cell tech, and it's working.. haven't been on a scale, cause i don't have one, but i've gained alot of size and strength. i know some of it is temporary from the creatine, but still.


    anyways.. the reason i'm so light after working out for nearly a year, was because i wasn't taking it seriously. i would go to the gmy for 20 minutes, do 1 compound exercise followed by one isloation. I pretty much did military press and lateral raises exclusively.

    now im traing it all. i honestly know what im doing. im makin good gains. i just wanted to know to know how im supposed to take prohormones. PCT. no PCT? take as the box directs, or less? i didn't want to stroll into GNC/ an interent store, buy a product from bum fuk egypt, and then take it incorrectly and learn the hard way.

Celltech is bullshit. All it is is creatine loaded with sugar to spike insulin to give you fat mass. Invest in regular Creatine Monohydrate from Optimum Nutrition instead.

    No need to flame the young lad, hes here asking for advice not to get bashed because in his eyes he has a good diet... He's young, most young kids will state they have a good bulk when once they talk to 405 they realize it's far from it. Let's just give some civil advice and ask to see his diet do we can help him not flame him... And I'm talking about the red font in your quote from him

    Agree.

    We were all newbs once, and some still are. Pretty hard to teach someone if they are feeling defensive because others are being harsh.

    I think it's safe to say that you DO NOT know how to put on weight if you are 5'10 150. Steroids shouldn't even be on your brain, steroidman. Eat!

    i just recenlty started bulking and it's been working. before i would go to the gym once or twice a week. i was going for a shredded look. i know how to bulk.

    im not even planning on taking any prohormones now. it's going to be months down the road when i weigh 160-170lbs

    the thing is, when i started working out in highscool, i scaled up to 180lbs, below 10%bf. I never maxed but i got incline press up to 225 for 3 reps (was more than 10%bf at that time lol) could have got bigger, but i honestly was disgusted by how big i got, and that's one of the reason i stopped working out... i had a weird body image back then

    anyways.. this was all done with good ol cell tech and muscle milk. whether or not i know how to eat is irrelevant.

    I am just trying to get a variety of different suggestions to compare and contrast, to have when i decide to make the big leap. There are people that tell me they just bought the prohormones and took as directed and got results, without any side effects. That's what i ultimately will do when i decide it's the right time. all this "you don't know what you're getting yourself into kid" talk isn't serving any purpose, unless it's intended to boost your own ego.

    i just want to talk to people who've taken prohormones, hear their approach, success, ect.

    You were disgusted that you weighed 180lbs and were 5'10? Bro you are just talking nonsense. Muscle milk and cell tech are just overpriced bs. Grab some protein, creatine mono and learn how to eat.

    The fact that you said "whether or not i know how to eat is irrelevant" shows how far you have to go. Eating is the most relevant thing to building any muscle. You should check out the diet section. Calculate your tdee and put together a sample diet and post it there for critique. You will probably be shocked about how far off you are.

    righhhht. but im getting big with what im doing now. I actually did that whole phaggy time, watching your claroric intake, protein, fat, carbs, blahblahblah. it worked, but it also works when i just free style eat


    i just thhought i would be able to talk to someone here about their prohormone cycle ..
