So I’m planning on giving the keto diet a try! Can always go onto carb cycling if and when needed.
Would a diet of 320g protein 45g fat be applicable for keto? thats a 80/20 split but only running on 1685 cals.
Or should I up the fat to 90g and have calories at 2090. (Same range as my carb deficit diet). roughly 60p/40f split.
