Leangains is really good, the basics of it are, you have an 6 hour window to eat your micros. The other 18 hours are spent fasted. I know that sound a long time without food but look at it like this 8 or 9 of those hours will be spent sleeping, essentially what you will be doing is skipping breakfast, at 12pm your window open then closes at 6pm
What happens is this keeps your blood sugars level level, because your only spiking you insulin 6 hours per day (do some research on insulin and glycogen, if you don't already know) plus your using your fat reserves for the last four hours of every 18 hour fast. So you burn fat very fast ( while retaining lean muscle mass)
