I havent had my BF checked, but im pretty sure im sitting around 14%, im pretty lean, except got stubborn areas like love handles, and lower ab fat that i can pinch out.
Im going to cycle it yeh as you said, 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks HIIT. I've also got a new diet i just spent a few hours writing up, its on carb cycling. I'd love to post it and show you guys but the board isn't letting meI can link it too, but the boards not letting me do that either haha... overkill much
