    Help with diet

    I'm 5'7 147lbs an need to cut about 10 more pounds, I'm looking for the best diet to help cut quick?

    What are your stats?

    Age
    Hight
    Weight
    Bodyfat

    Best thing you can do is find your maintenance calories (the amount of calories you need to stay the same weight) then eat at 500 calories below.

    Read the stickies, some really good info ;-)

    Agree with 951, read the stickies. Check out dieting 101. Figure out your TDEE and subtract around 500 calories

    I'm trying to cut down below 8% body fat, male... my bmr is 2647.12 and the carbs i intake are oatmeal old fashioned in the morning...
    Age: 18
    Height: 5'7-5'8
    Weight: 146.6
    Been in sports most of my life and not in them now so looking to cut and then bulk

    if u were 146.6lbs of all LBM ur BMR would still only be around: 1806cals

    whats ur bf%??
