Ronny, I am enjoying reading your thread but I have a few points...
1)Diet - A little research and fine tuning may not hurt, it sounds like you have a tough time with it. For your bodyweight, your elevated protein synthesis could easily handle another 100 grams of protein, and at the same time you could lower the fat and keep the calories at the same level. Also, carbonation reduces oxygen uptake in the muscles, so the soda might not be the best of ideas, in case you didn't know. But some people like that soda!
2)Training - Sounds like you have an unorthodox training split/routine. To be honest, I'm confused. If you could post your daily split you might help clarify, but from where I stand I think it could be tweaked also. A day consisting of deadlifts and bench presses sounds better suited for a powerlifter to me. I'm not questioning you, if you would post your split I might see the logic behind it.
3)'Weakness' - With the Sustanon in your system, the propianate is immediately elevating your Test levels as you know. So why are you feeling weaker? The fundamental idea behind a cutting cycle is gaining muscle and getting stronger WHILE losing bodyfat. You should be able to up the poundages, even though it is only week 3.
