    I'm too much of a cheap ass to buy any of that expensive stuff. I just put whey protein isolate and rolled oats in my shaker. Cheap. Filling. Complete, complex carbs. Pretty much covers all the bases. I bet all in i'm ten cents in on it. Actually, i should probably calculate it instead of guess the cost.

    I'm with ya on that one roman. I thought I was the only one slammin whole oats in my shaker

    This is what I do as well if I need extra calories for the day or am running short on time for breakfast. Sometimes I will add in yogurt, peanut butter, or egg whites as well if I need something extra. A tip - if you don't grind your oats use quick oats. If you use regular oats you'll end up chewing your shake.
