I eat a lot of boneless chicken, tuna, shrimp, top loin,flank steak, turkey, lots of eggs and egg whites, and really eat a lot of healthy foods with it love fruit and salads and white rice etc. I do also eat a lot of carbs to. So I think my diet should be OK. My gains and muscle strength has been off the charts while on this cycle, to be honest I think this is the first real cycle I have done because the last one I did I saw nothing and was crap. Hell with this one week in I was seeing results in everything. Now I plan to take the next 4 weeks off then start my cut cycle but like I said want to really know what to get and how to do it if I am going to do it I want to do it rifht .
