I been 'dieting' for the last 9 months or so ( well not dieting but been watching what I been eating etc)
Anyways, I've read a lot of your guys logs so been trying to learn as always.
I've been on cycle the last 12 weeks, and I've modified my diet a bit but here is what I've come up with and i'd love if you guys can critique and see what's wrong and or right with it.
Meal 1: 100g rolled oats, 24g WPI shake
60g carbs. 24g Protein
Meal 2: 2x 185g Tuna Cans, 4 boiled whole eggs
0g Carbs. 84g Protein
Meal 3: 100g rolled oats, 24g WPI shake
60g carbs. 24g Protein
Workout followed by 30 - 45 min cardio depending on time.
Meal 4: 24g WPI shake + 5g creatine
24g Protein
Meal 5: 50g rolled oats, 2 eggs 4 egg whites
25g carbs. 24g protein
Roughly that hits around 2100-2200 calories
Protein: 205g (roughly)
Carbs: 150g
Fat: 70g
I work as a Electrician, so I'm up fairly early 05:30 until 10:30pm usually, so lightly active, not a desk job.
I'm 5"8, 90kg (200 lbs) with a bodyfat estimate of say 18%? I will try get photos up.
