I wasn't trying to change his mind. I'll be back on the peps one of these days myself. I just wanted to point out it's a slow process with hard to quantify results. Especially if running other gear with it.

But I think if you ran a log it would be something I wouuld be following.
The big issue, in my mind, with running a log, is that the only thing that should be ran is the thing you are keeping the log on. Else the results will be diluted with the rest of the gear being taken. That was my problem. Peps are subtle and I couldn't tell which compound was responsible for what result.
