IMO u should not run a keto diet and switch to a low carb diet followed by a carb cycle diet (when your progress slows).

at 75kg(165lbs) 15%bf u have 140.25lbs LBM (63.62kg LBM)
a good starting maintenance = (LBM in lbs x 15)
140.25 x 15 = 2103cals per day (rough maintenance)
IMO u should start a cut around 1750cals per day
u say u do better with low carbs so id suggest 60/20/20 split pro/carbs/fat

PROTEIN: id split ur protein equally between every meal
CARBS: have your carbs split between pre workout and post workout at 43g carbs each
FATS: you should not have to supplement fats too much but if u do id use almonds/almond butter , olive oil, avocado, walnuts, etc..
CARDIO: do cardio in the morning before you eat anything 5-6days per week 45minutes at moderate intensity (130-140 heart rate)
id run this diet until your progress slows or stops the we can re-evaluate

gioz i see no calories listed or no macronutrients totals?? yogurt and fruit IMO is not a good meal for cutting.
i think this language barrier is gonna be more of a challenge than i thought.
Metabolic diet helps to burn unwanted fat from body.eat a diet with less callories and carbohydrates.
