    I tried two months average protein with carbohydrates and low fat medium to medium hard workout with cardio and I had no results .. my body is better at burning fat than carbohydrates.

    However, like me, you modify?

    Diet workout days:

    2100kl: 50% carbs 30% prots 10% fats carbs: 250 160 prots fats 25

    Meal1: 500g low-fat yoghurt +40 g whey +80 g oats
    Meal2: 100g +120 g white meat or fish, rice basmati +1 tablespoon of olive oil
    WEIGHTS WORKOUT 60 MINUTES MINUTES CARDIO +30-40
    Meal3: rice 120g +100 g white meat or lean fish (POSTWO)
    Meal4: 150g meat or fish +1 tablespoons of olive oil vegetables at will + +20 g dried fruit.


    Days of Rest:

    1900KL: fats 40% 40% 20% prots carbs carbs: 100 150 prots fats 85

    Meal1: 500g low-fat yoghurt +50 g whey +150 g rye bread \ integral +30 g peanut butter
    Meal2: 100g minced beef +1 tablespoon of olive oil
    Meal3: 150g of lean fish + vegetables + 2cucchiai olive oil
    Meal4: 200g meat or fish + 1 tablespoon of olive oil + vegetable

    Next Monday beginning this diet.



    breakfast:
    Cereal 100g +40 g whey clean with low fat yogurt
    WORKOUT 9 \ 11 weights + cardio
    POSTWORKOUT:
    100g rice
    300ml egg \ 150g meat - fish
    spit:
    20g peanut butter + low fat yogurt fruit +1 +20 g whey
    dinner:
    200g meat or fish +2 tablespoons vegetable oil +

    KL: 2000KL CARBS 200G - PROTS 200G - FATS 50G

    Gioz i think the language barrier makes helping you a bit of a challenge!

    IMO u should not run a keto diet and switch to a low carb diet followed by a carb cycle diet (when your progress slows).

    at 75kg(165lbs) 15%bf u have 140.25lbs LBM (63.62kg LBM)

    a good starting maintenance = (LBM in lbs x 15)

    140.25 x 15 = 2103cals per day (rough maintenance)

    IMO u should start a cut around 1750cals per day

    u say u do better with low carbs so id suggest 60/20/20 split pro/carbs/fat

    1750cals
    60/20/20
    262g pro
    87g carbs
    38g fat

    PROTEIN: id split ur protein equally between every meal

    CARBS: have your carbs split between pre workout and post workout at 43g carbs each

    FATS: you should not have to supplement fats too much but if u do id use almonds/almond butter , olive oil, avocado, walnuts, etc..

    CARDIO: do cardio in the morning before you eat anything 5-6days per week 45minutes at moderate intensity (130-140 heart rate)

    id run this diet until your progress slows or stops the we can re-evaluate

    be sure to include total calories and macros as well as your workout times and meal times

    gioz i see no calories listed or no macronutrients totals?? yogurt and fruit IMO is not a good meal for cutting.

    i think this language barrier is gonna be more of a challenge than i thought.

    Metabolic diet helps to burn unwanted fat from body.eat a diet with less callories and carbohydrates.
