Indeed it does. I also recommend using Green tea extract with the HGW. From what Ive read the EGCG delivers the acetylcholine from the horny goat weed to its receptor. Helps a little more.

As for doses I take 6 pills of HGW a day. They are dosed 500mg a pill. And I take the GTE with them at 1000mg.

Would you take them before the pin or after? Seems something I might get if helps.. Try and make the most out of it.

I personally dont take them when I pin.
