hey dan you ever get a chance to do this?
Im thinking this: cjc/ghrp 100mcg each upon waking , wait 30-45 mins. inject humulin r. eat
40 mins pre workout cjc/ghrp 100mcgs each , immeaditely pre workout inject humulin r. drink carb/pro shke during w/o. Eat post workout meal.
    Before bed/empty stomach 100mcgs each cjc/ghrp

insulin 5 days on 2 days off. On off days over weekend take GDA (glucophage) to keep blood sugar under control.

From personal experience you dont have to wait that long to pin the slin really. 20-30 is good.
Your pre and post gym protocol looks good.
You have another meal after your post workout meal?

You train 5 days a week? I only shot slin on workout days. No real need to do so on none workout days unless youre aiming to enhance recovery from heavy lifting.
